Are you passionate about bubble tea and ready to take the lead in creating a great customer experience? CoCo Bubble Tea is looking for a motivated and organized Store Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure the smooth running of our store!
What we are looking for
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise, motivate, and guide the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
- Handle recruitment, training, and development of new staff members to ensure everyone is equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and organize team meetings to improve collaboration and operational efficiency.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring all shifts are covered.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all products and ingredients are well-stocked and orders are placed on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards across all areas of the store.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure all customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.
- Promote a customer-first culture in the store, ensuring all team members provide friendly and efficient service.
- Handle escalated customer issues when necessary to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
Business and Financial Management
- Monitor store performance, analyze payroll data, and report on key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain cash flow accuracy by overseeing transactions, balancing tills, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Implement marketing promotions and local campaigns to attract more customers and increase sales.
Quality Control and Product Knowledge
- Ensure all drinks and products meet CoCo’s strict quality standards by consistently enforcing recipe guidelines and preparation procedures.
- Stay updated on CoCo’s menu offerings and seasonal promotions to train staff effectively and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Not mandaytory but a Pré, proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a fast-paced store environment.
- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve business operations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to CoCo’s brand values and operational standards.
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and professional store.
